No. My macbook air says the same thing from my torrented windows 7 professional. Did he give you the official windows 7 disc?
he never gave me a disk. the past few times when my XP breakdown n he help repair, I saw him installing from a cd tat is not my XP disc, but during the product code part, as my copy was a old one, he call n get a new updated product code

TS, you've been scammed and it's not likely you can pursue the matter further to get any money back. Complaining to the shop is also useless and a waste of time.
I realise that the Pentium D and your mobo is using LGA775 socket. One way to minimize cost while improving your system is to look for a second hand Core 2 Duo / Core 2 Extreme / Core 2 Quad processor. I seem to see such processor available cheaply like $20-$30 every now and then in CPU, RAM & Mainboard Bazaar. It can be a very cheap but effective upgrade for your situation.

Warning: I'm afraid if you upgrade and swap your processor, your Windows 7 Ultimate may detect a hardware change and demand a re-activation. So up to you whether you want to try this suggestion.

I have a core 2 quad q8400, along with various graphics cards. Can sell u for dirt cheap! That should solve ur problems real good. The repair shack will gladly welcome u. 
what u mean by recycle? You can't use ddr2 ram in new motherboards. Also, what did the shop say to you?
not sure wat my ram is ddr2 or 3, how to check without opening case?

Dont need to check. 8 years ago no such thing as ddr3.
