IMHO.Anyone know why I was given 200gb of data when I signed up earlier this month?? Thanks.
Less make noise. More, don't bother. The effort to resolve it is not worth the effort.

My frequent location indoor usage speed is TPG 40dl 10ul and Heya 60dl 25ul.IMHO.
I see the Zym usual plan got one is $10 but is 20GB.
If they offer $10 for 50GB with no lock in, still can consider as they are Singtel.
TPG biggest pitfall for me probably is connectivity and throughput. Price is ok.
You need to test the Heya Speed at your location. Then make a decision. If you have many people sharing the wifi. Then obviously Heya 4G wifi router may not be suitable in a long runHi all, those heya users, can I get some advice if it's feasible to use it as a mobile broadband SIM card for home-based internet (via mobile 4g router)?
Seems like the download speed is not so good...?
Am currently on 500mbps fibre with Singtel but going to cancel it soon as my new place has no landline or fibre point.

I'm staying alone in a room (like a hotel room) so it's a really small area to wifi around. just my phone and my desktop. so I'm thinking that maybe those 4g sim card wifi router would suffice... just not sure how the download/upload speeds are.You need to test the Heya Speed at your location. I don't watch heavy videos, stream movies or game. just normal internet and maybe light youtube videos and stuff.
is 50gb plan enough? seems like heya has 100gb plan for $10.
Does your hotel room have an open window? 4G need open window for better connections. So depending on your testing speed tooI'm staying alone in a room (like a hotel room) so it's a really small area to wifi around. just my phone and my desktop. so I'm thinking that maybe those 4g sim card wifi router would suffice... just not sure how the download/upload speeds are.

yup there's window. no surrounding buildings blocking as well in general as I'm on elevated ground...Does your hotel room have an open window? 4G need open window for better connections. So depending on your testing speed too
M1 (CL) is quite bad in general. So if i were u I will get Singtel coverageyup there's window. no surrounding buildings blocking as well in general as I'm on elevated ground...
I deciding between heya (Singtel) and circles.life (M1)...
I googled that 30gb per month should be enough for normal household internet usage. so 50gb should be okay bah.
but worried if there's any cap on download/upload speed after breaching certain data levels.
"30GB a month enough for normal household usage"?yup there's window. no surrounding buildings blocking as well in general as I'm on elevated ground...

And that's not my peak.

Heya is so far so good for me but I’m planning to switch over to the new Vivifi $10 plan soon once I’m about 1 week away from the plan due date.
oh my.. thanks for sharing. my reference is probably very outdated."30GB a month enough for normal household usage"?
I just reinstalled my firewall from scratch, and pulled this up. Almost 40GB gone on the first day.And that's not my peak.

For data, you pay for both downstream and upstream. There is no "Free incoming data". Don't forget your laptop/computer has updates too, and many things expect always-on connectivity. So it's likely more than 30/50/100GB a month if we're being honest here.
Pulled up an old screenshot. One day's data: 109GB. You can easily see the pattern of data usage per day. And for reference, there's usually only one computer (mine) on. The rest use phones.

Good why change to vivifi?Heya is so far so good for me but I’m planning to switch over to the new Vivifi $10 plan soon once I’m about 1 week away from the plan due date.
IMHO.Good why change to vivifi?
$10 for 50gb (heya) change to $10 for 8gb (vivifi). How to tell good?IMHO.
If no change, how to know it is good then ?![]()
IMHO. AFIAK. IIRC.$10 for 50gb (heya) change to $10 for 8gb (vivifi). How to tell good?
IMHO.After reading, still blurr. Sorry to ask noob question.
So, I go to any retailer, get a card with a number. And just continue top up every 30 days.? Or 60days?
