Well their support say the promotion for 100 gigs last for 3 months after you sign up. I have top up another one on Friday. I haven't received my extra 50 gigs.

IMHO.
In your case, have to wait until Monday. Because will take up to 3 days to credit the extra 50GB. Usually it is on the same day but they use 3 days as a service level.

I trace the SMSes, the extra 50GB started in July 2022.
Since their birth, initially was 50GB and various promotion of extra 50GB for 3 months or something like that.

Now TPG seems to have moved to 100GB and not 50GB + 50GB. Heya got stuck.

1. Voice roaming, no.
2. Receive SMS while roaming; very likely yes, but I haven't tried it yet so I cannot confirm.

@keenklee has confirmed that he is able to receive SMS while roaming in Malaysia.

i did try calling myself at msia.can receive but i didn't answer the call.sms confirm working.can dial 119 to check balance.

1. How to do payment, can it be tied to a credit card and it auto charge to the credit card monthly?

2. Can buy data roaming for other countries (beside Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand)? Like what Giga offer, gigaRoam APAC and gigaRoam ROTW.

3. Can receive SMS when overseas beside Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand? Too many online scam/unauthorized transfer recently, better to be able to receive bank/credit card SMS alert when on overseas trips.

1. No. Buy a data plan at a retailer or online at Lazada or Shopee. The links can be found on the official Heya web page.

2. No.

3. Probably yes, but I have not tried it myself.

Just top up last night. Got 100gb data. Funny thing is they also credit 50gb first then another 50gb later. *119# shown I got 235gb data. Last month only 200gb... thought only can accumulate 200gb??? This is my fourth month using Heya.

I haven’t done any topup. This is my first month. I got 100gb immediately. Then they top up 50gb. Then they top up 58gb for National Day promo. So, ended I have more than 200gb for first month.

Can port out anytime. Tbh, i dont find any flaw with it. If u decided to port to M1 or its MVNO den good luck

Only flaw for me is cannot receive SMS when overseas other than Malaysia and Thailand.
