So validity of wallet credits will be extended only when you buy the $10 heya plan, or everytime you top up the wallet credits? Confusing. I have held off on buying more wallet credits because of the assumption they don't extend its validity beyond 60 days even when I top up more credits.
Topping up $10 to the wallet, or purchasing the $10 data plan, or purchasing the $5 IDD plan, will give you 60 days validity starting from the date of purchase. That's my understanding.
Why don't you go and try it yourself. Then report back to us.
Heya has no contract at all. You can port out or cancel your line anytime with no penalty.
So far the 100GB promotion appears to be permanent. People who joined Heya in May 2022 still have 100GB per month.

Correct. On Heya's official website, you cannot find anywhere, even in the FAQ, of any mention of $10 for 50GB. It always says $10 for 100GB.
You might be able to port in directly from Zym to Heya. Usually only Singtel, Gomo, and Heya are considered "Singtel Plans". Everything else is considered non-Singtel.
Roaming isn't important for me so I didn't even consider it at all. Though I think 1GB is really not a lot of data.
Vivifi does something similar; the FREE$20 promotion code gives you free $20 credit spread over 12 months. So, to get the full $20, you have to stay with them for 12 months. It isn't a 12-month contract, but it does leave a bitter taste in the mouth as most people will think you can use the $20 credit immediately for the first two months.
I posted the same question on Heya Facebook. They said it is still 50GB!!!
You're assuming that the customer support from that South Asian country are competent. You're also assuming that the training they have received is kept up to date. Both are pretty dangerous assumptions.
They are not cheating you. You are getting the full 30 days.
