Normally I only see the data expiry date and top up $10 on that same day. Is there any changes nowadays??
I think is because the 50GB extra top up was only credited the day after sign up. hence the data plan is extended one day later.no change, same for moi.
not sure why his call/sms ends faster than data, weird lol.

It should be the same case as per every new sign up.
Should not be a problemCan I pay $120 for the whole year? Top up multiple times can?
Under Singtel umbrella should be better than using their network not under umbrella rightz1 using singtel network and under singtel umbrella is a different thing .. dont confuse
The app is waste of time. Use the code 119 insteadIMHO.

Able to use Heya to receive OTP from banks, have Volte and make video calls from WhatsApp?I have terminated the Tpg simba last month. Now only have Heya as data sim. So far suit me.
Why would you want to do that? That would be same as 1 year contract paid upfront. Can I pay $120 for the whole year? Top up multiple times can?
To avoid forgetting to top up?Why would you want to do that? That would be same as 1 year contract paid upfront.
Ok. But you will still need to renew your line via the app/ SMS every 30days.To avoid forgetting to top up?

Why would you want advance money to Singtel? Can I pay $120 for the whole year? Top up multiple times can?
You can explore other Singtel based MVNOs like Zym, Zero1 and Vivifi. They will auto deduct from your card. Heya seems to be the only one with this hassle. To avoid forgetting to top up?
maybe he wants volte, which other Singtel MVNO dont have, and heya can rollover up to 200Gb dataYou can explore other Singtel based MVNOs like Zym, Zero1 and Vivifi. They will auto deduct from your card. Heya seems to be the only one with this hassle.

VoLTE + rollover (including roaming data rollover) + possibility to pay lower (below $10) nett cost when top up via online / 3rd party sources -- are all factors that can be attractive to some people to use Heya.I using heya now, for $10 or so i get 250gb data every month refresh, 1gb roaming, some 800 mins call time due to rollover and it is using singtel network. Sometimes if i buy top up from shopee i can get it around $9 or so. The value is so insanely good that i have no plan to return to giga for now. Giga need a $10 plan with at least 100gb data and free roaming to compete with the rest.
IMHO if you roll over 200gb means you dont actually use so much data monthly . i don't even use >20gb a month myself on zym ...maybe he wants volte, which other Singtel MVNO dont have, and heya can rollover up to 200Gb data
