Can take photo of your motherboard and cpu cooler etc so we know what we dealing with?
https://ibb.co/q7jqwCW
should be. not sure what cpu cooler u using.

The diff between good and bad cpu cooler when under load.....can be between 5~15. So if u get a good 1....maybe can push down another 5~15 degree during load.

Other factors like casing temperature/room temperature may also affect your cpu temp.

if possible, get from those existing 13700KF users as reference....before u decide to get new cpu cooler.
i read those China one, they use liquid cooler get to 35, understandably it much colder there.

I found setting to run at max fan speed all time....

no chassis fan just CPU fan
Simi sai... Who built this monstrosity? No chassis fan at all? Please take photo of your setup, for more constructive feedback. I find it hard to believe such a setup hasn't started to have a burning smell.

I see the cpu load and your cpu temp. I imagine a nuclear reactor heading for a nuclear meltdown.

just set to 3600mhz u have anyways to monitor ram temps? safe practise not getting close to 60 degree. even at load mines usually 51 for D4, 55 for BG3.

i keep getting overclock warning doing that.... wonder need extra cooling for it. Can't find it yet, but did some reading that they can go 120 degree....

maybe your cpu fan blowing out the heat. causing the ram to get warmed up faster.

I3 3rd gen on gigabyte h610m. 2 chassis fan plus 1 CPU fan. Ok anot? Very airy chassis. Top n front all holes😂

I think it depends on the airflow that your fans are configured for. My workstations and servers are usually forcing air from front to back (positive pressure biased) so I guess that would be the widely-accepted optimal airflow design.

look like your 1 is 4 pipping, i normally get at least 6 pipping cpu cooler.
Then u need 1 exhaust case fan behind.
then ur top case fan may have conflict with the cpu fan.... if put wrong direction.

we will try to control the temperature limit.... not wait until bsod.... by then, already damaged the components. :censored:

For me lah, i will put top fan as 1 inlet fan and 1 exhaust fan

@hardindex see your cpu fan is blow into the heatsink or out. if out, the ram will get heated up.

the fan orientation should be blow in, put another blow out fan on the opposite side also helps abit may 2-3 degrees.
i use tissue to check, its blow-in corectly. thanks, i check these now

Should i be worried with temperature? I don't even dare to switch on XMP for ram? I upgrade CPU cuz of repurchase and delivery problem, was getting a cheaper CPU with cheap CPU fan....
Anything below 40 deg c is ok. Oh wait... did u have a temp sensor installed?

Even if i running an open test bench i also add a fan at the front of RAM slot there and another at the back of hdd slot.
