Yeah, I also have a few. But it was still OK when I top up my Mexico account 2 weeks ago.

I did a quick check but South Africa doesnt provide Paypal option. Or does it?

Just get US one

reason i asked is a lot of people selling Korean set and is more expensive than local sets i'm wondering why they ask so much for a non-warrantied set.

My eShop has always been in Florida postal code that's why I don't have additional sales tax whenever I purchase games.

But was just wondering if someone inputs (for example) a California postal code, but that link did answer my question.

Correct. I typically pay US$59.99 for new games and was charged around S$83.
