Hi, anyone have any idea on the upcoming Nov BTO exercise, will HDB includes the Sales of balance flats as well?

SOBF is usually twice a year, March and Sept launch

Artie & Goxela, thanks for sharing. May I ask, based from previous hdb exercises on SOBF, what is the chances like for the same location to be appear again in the next SOBF exercise? e.g recent sep SOBF location in Yishun to be appear again in the upcoming March 2013 SOBF exercise?

Wrong. If there is any balance flat to be up for sales. HDB will consolidate all balance flat for sales. if u r lucky, it will be 2 times a year.

Usually details will be out last day of the month. From past experience la (cus I check every launch), it's usually 28-31st of the month then will launch.

Planning to try for SK BTO as well... Even though really don't wanna wait, but SBF 3R is really few till poor thing...

Hi guys.. What do you think of sk bto potential? with the upcoming seletat aerospace, punggol build up and sitting just just beside sk mrt..

I feel that there Shld be potential with the points mentioned above and in addition the pricing Shld be much affordable looking at low 500k for 5rm flat? The potential gain to sell 8 years down the road Shld be higher?

I am also afraid to commit to exp bto like tpy or Ghim moh because the larger suPply of flat completion in due time may push property price down or flat?

Please advise in term of property appreciation and rental .. Thanks

Should be first 2nd to 3rd week of December for BTO results. Assuming Nov BTO comes out on 30th November, closes in 1 week.

Normally for BTOs the result is faster. for SOBF they required a longer time.
