1) 400 defiantly have.
600 still got some slim chance as many might give up because of low floor.

Just to share, for Macpherson March BTO I got 52* out of 410~ flats, and was informed the day before my appointment that I don't need to go down cos it's fully selected. So I think 125% is probably around the point you still can be hopeful that people in front will give up the flat. For a super hot location like Toa Payoh maybe not even that far.

Actually Joo Seng not bad what. It's right beside a 24-hour Prime supermarket that sells fresh vegetables and has a meat counter. Not too far from Woodleigh MRT, that area is nice and quiet cos of the leafy stretch of Upper Aljunied Road. I stay near there. Even if I get a poor number I'm quite confident that I will at least get Joo Seng cos I think most people will give up if they don't get TPY!

for the gross income, it include allowance and basic pay but exclude ot pay, does it include allowance earn from doing ot?

What if my queue number is less than 100 and i will be going oversea during my appointment date. will they wait for me few days or push my queue at later date?

on the process of applying bto, i do not have my wife income detail, can i roughly fill in and change it later?

Cannot roughly fill in de.
No just put zero.

The initial first HLE is wanna ensure you are eligible for the loan that's all.

Upon taking key. You will need to submit again. This time round you can put in your wife pay and pay slip.

wow thanks for the reply !

2. So that means i have to make my decision quick before others snap up ? The selection process from what i understand is if i Q 400 u Q 500 then u dont need think just select the nice floor but i Q400 need to think i will lose out ? something like first come first serve ? Thanks !

Is not first come first serve.

HDB will arrange date as according to your Q no.
Example 1-40 Monday. 41-80 Tuesday. 81-120 Wednesday.

And so on.

so will they split the timing for like no.1 - 9am, no.2 - 9.10am etc? or you still gotta first come first serve for the 1-40? :o

Hi sorry some questions 1st timer here. Interested in the tpy crest 4rm project which falls under jooseng/tpy

1. Once ballot application is received, Q number will be assigned right. In this case TPY crest 4room at about 400 + units than what Q number will be safe to choose units ? is it below 400 ?

2. I can only get to see what units are available for my choice when i pay the option fees ? So if lets say i get very lousy Q no like 2000 it is up to me to risk the option fee to book unit?

3. From my understand if lets say i pay the option fee and forfeit i will get no priority for one year for the subsequent bookings right ?

Thanks in advance guys!

Correction for Q3:

You cannot apply for HDB flat for 1 year instead of no 1st timer priority.

You will get an appointment date and time. They can schedule multiple people of the same project with the same date and time, but they will go by queue number, ie. number 1 must select before number 2. If it is your timing and you are not around, they just skip your queue.

is hdb combining the balloting for some of the flat types for some projects (like the 5-room flats for the two sengkang projects)?
so if i am only interested in one of the projects but i'm only left with choices from the other when it's my turn to choose, i will have to give up my chance and be deemed to have cancel once?!!!
that's so unfair :|
