The bills payment can easily fulfil..iras,insurance,town council,telco,utilities..but credit card abit tough...can anyone list how..phone bills,insurance,utilities can?

1. Go NTUC buy $45 vouchers using Nets Flashpay, buy something at NTUC $4.xx, then take MRT/ bus to do ATU.

2. Use supplementary card to do the same.

3. Repeat 4 days later.

4. Do this 4x times = $400.

5. Do this 5x times = $500 to hit FRANK rebate 6%.

ATU = Auto Top Up

Flash Pay cause when you use the auto top up you get the 6% bonus I think.

4.xx so that left a few cents in your card so when you take bus or go to pay in carpark with flash pay you can get the auto top up to trigger.

Use OCBC FRANK Credit Card NETS FLASHPAY 6% rebate ( up to $60 rebate / month , ie max $1k spend / month )

so when use ntuc vouchers still have ntuc linkpoint and union rebate?

Buy voucher no linkpoint, but when you use voucher to pay, you get linkpoint and union rebate for the full amount.

Example - bill is $21, I pay using $20 voucher, balance by OCBC FRANK Credit Card NETS FLASHPAY. You get $21 amount for the linkpoint and union rebate calculation

ATU have to sign up and link is it?

When you apply and get the OCBC Frank Card, the NETS flashpay ATU is automatically activated.

Yes. You can buy anything. But you cannot always buy just nice everytime $49.99 at NTUC, so next best thing buy voucher which you can keep for 1 year to use....say CNY / Hari Raya / Xmas when you have to whack more purchase. Or since NETS flashpay ATU is $50, you will max have $50 to spend each time, you go NTUC Xtra want to buy TV at $399. How? Take out the vouchers you accumulated during the past few moths and use, and balance that is less than $50, pay by NETs Flashpay. Simple?

Just to share...I went to OCBC this afternoon to open a 360 account but was told that the promo 3% bonus rates will be valid only until July.

Now I'm wondering if it'll be worth the hassle doing all the admin work...my loss for being slow!
Just saw notice posted on ocbc website, yes there will be revision of interest rates come June/July, but it does not affect ocbc 360, hahaha.
