flashpay is by nets. ocbc how to monitor what u spend on it?
but if u have the atu, then the 50 charged to your card on each top-up when your card hit 0 would count.

This is a tough question, i dont think anyone here try it yet...why dont you try paying with Flashpay and see it is counted at part of the 400 and update us the result.

Yes, it's part of the ATU..be it spent on bus, taxi or buying food at koufu...I received the 1% for it last month.
