Got a not so clear pic from HDB... so means if got queue number but nvr select a flat will be considered as 1time rejection??
2 You may wish to know that applicants may submit an application in the upcoming sales exercise while waiting for their turn to select a flat in the other sales exercises they have previously applied for. However, once they have selected a flat, all other applications will be cancelled.
3 We wish to highlight that applicants who have applied for a flat under the BTO/ SBF when their turns are due, will have to select any of the flats they applied that are available. Applicants will be considered as having rejected a chance to select a flat if there are still available flats for selection when their balloted queue position is due, regardless of whether they cancel the application before selecting a flat. There is no penalty for the first non-selection of flat.
4 However once they reject a chance to select a flat, all their additional chances accumulated from the previous unsuccessful applications, if any, will be set to zero. First-timer families who reject two chances to select a flat will have their first timer privileges*removed for a one year period. Second-timer applicants and first-timer singles who do not book a flat twice will have to wait out one year before they can participate in any HDB sales exercise.
