For FLT

Pros:
- Good asset locations
- Australian logistics sector has room to grow because imports such as electronics are expensive there, compared to the US, and even SEA!
- Reputable Sponsor

Cons:
- Exposure to AUD and Aussie economy, you cannot "feel" the beat of the economy as much as a resident there
- No track record

Very well said

SSI forum many people like to play undercut it seems

my CMT/CCT/CDG 3 piece blue chip combo still red, want to under cut faster do so before boat leaves port hahahahahahaha

I checked my portfolio with ML's; only undercut his fct.

But got to say if I coat-tail ML 100% and undercut him, confirm have higher returns than my current portfolio. :o

Why u out of 3 reits you hoot 2 industrial reits???

I didn't buy based on sector but rather a bet in good news in near future.

Like fct northpoint aei completion in 2017. By the time, the good news arrive, I have collected enough dividend and become a wwjbh boat.

Looking at cmt then but because must wait till 2018-2020 so I missed the boat lo.

Last year 2016 was the best time to buy stocks
Now sti above 3000
Bad time to restart portfolio

2007 global financial crisis
2011 europe crisis
2015-2016 oil crisis

Next one maybe 2020 like that then may see another 20% or bugger bear

Like that u are more into fifo, trading

Reits are meant more for long term holding for dividends
Like how you become a landlord

Step 1: Wait and wait and wait until they undercut DW/DK/mod/ML
Step 2: Watch share price drop
Step 3: Panic sell when DW/DK/mod/ML hold on and even add to positions
Step 4: Send you nasty messages about losing $

...and that's how you lose $! :s13:

Very succinct points.

It is proven to work by dw ma. So ppl will naturally follow.

But I still light side ba.

If everyone plays undercut
Then no one will be the first to share anything
It becomes very dark

Also due to this
I am considering closing this thread and moving fully to investing note
So far i still both sides

No, I holding long term. The good news in near future is to have a larger margin of safety de.

Then u must properly diversify your reits portfolio
Retail commercial industrial , 3 core segments spread out

Industrial is consider higher risk than the other 2, thats why the yields are higher to compensate

Well done. Long-term investment is basically about looking into the future and thinking backwards.
