Anyone have news regarding Bidadari on the appointment dates?

Geylang yes. I got 28 october.
I thinking of giving up this bto. Need to put in more thought to see if its really worth it.
Whats your ballot number? We got no. 9x for geylang 3-room but still haven't receive the appointment date and time..
5th floor already $550k and more expensive than the resale flat around the vicinity.
Is that 5-room price?
what resale lobang you have sia. the 4 rooms in the vicinity are upwards of 650k5th floor already $550k and more expensive than the resale flat around the vicinity.

I saw this link and felt that BTO price is priced similar to resale or higher due to new lease

I believe the floor area is much bigger than typical 4 BRM new BTO
is is 1,001 sqft which is exactly the same size as the 4 rooms in Dakota Breeze. are you just trolling?
need som advice. Once i get key to my dakota flat, the 5 year MOP timer starts? Or when i settle my resale flat sale later than the 5 year starts?
erm. the 2 properties listed in 'Geylang' are at Circuit Road and Pine Close...Dakota Breeze is more much accessible/convenient and thus the price premium
EDIT: the Pine Close unit is 'low floor' btw.

Dakota floor plan shows 90-93 sq meters the link you showed is 95sq meters, difference of 5 sq meters can be up to SGD50k difference.
Anyway another link shows the median resale compare to Dakota is lower srx.com.sg/hdb/bto/dakota-breeze-pine-vista-2642
We should not use those property listed for sale as a benchmark instead we should use past 12 month average transacted prices around the area. One property can sell very high but also can be just an outlier.
The Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) is calculated from the date the sellers collect the keys to the flat. It excludes any period where they do not occupy the flat, such as when the whole flat is rented out or when there has been an infringement of the flat lease.
The MOP duration depends on the purchase mode, flat type, and date of flat application:
http://www.hdb.gov.sg/cs/infoweb/business/estate-agents--salespersons/selling-a-flat/mop-undone-page
Do check with HDB if you can get the keys if you have yet to sell your existing flat if you have used your CPF. HDB although give you 6 months to dispose, you still need to show you have sufficient CPF and loan before you can get your keys
Does that mean every house has different MOP timing but the whole block has the same 99 years lease decay countdown?
the 4 rooms in Dakota Breeze are either 93 sqm or 96 sqm, and the highest floor 96 sqm units are priced at $603,800.
you can bother to research median transacted prices but you can't even look up the size of the units in question?
it's all well and good that the transacted prices are lower than this BTO, but is there any consideration for the size, location and floor of the transacted units?
What's wrong with staying with 2BR?Didn't the print shot show 3BR & 4BR ? If you are a resale flat buyer if you see transacted median price is 500k will you prefer to pay or less? You cannot keep thinking only on the seller point of view and say if ever one is selling 600k or more you can also, it will also depend on your renovation condition and whether you are staying together with 2BR home owners
