hi guys!

Just like to seek some advice:

We applied under the MCPS and got a queue no. if 13XX / 671 for the Dakota Breeze, and unexpectingly got an appointment letter to book a flat in December. We aren’t too choosy with what flat we will get (we are a little desperate after failing 6 times,haha)..

1) Do you think there is a good chance of getting a flat at all?

2) Should we ballot for the November BTO? will we lose our chance to book a flat in December?

From the way the dropout rate is at 20- 30%, i doubt you'll be able to pick.

For the Woodleigh ones, according to the HDB officer I spoke with, top floor no longer has a higher ceiling as an additional ventilation layer will be built between the top floor unit ceiling and the actual roof.

Hi guys! Understand that AHG requires at least one of the applicant to be continuously employed for 12 months. We've got balloted for May 2017 exercise and my partner had a job switch in March 2017 (his CPF shows 12 months of continuous employment but 2 different employers, from June 2016 to Mar 2017: Employer A, Mar 2017 onwards: Employer B), meanwhile I only started work in July 2016 (10 months of employment). Are we eligible for the AHG - our monthly combined income should meet the requirement?

Hi

1) u must consider ethnic quota, chance are slim

2) yes u should apply Nov BTO. It will not affect your may BTO. Your invitation is on Dec, Nov BTO will most likely release result late Dec or Jan. There is no conflict between the 2 anyway.

Hey,

appointment is in less then 2 weeks, was looking at the OCS for woodleigh and the toilet fittings look dreadful, however it seems like the sanitary fittings comes with the doors.

Given the sanitary fittings are quite basic and boring, could i select them and once it’s all built i can get my contractors to replace the sinks and toilets?

Some prefer not to have the sun shining over the roof all the time.

this is the current available flats for bidadari May BTO 2017.

Bidadari
EdRRbjL.jpg

Looks like got more dropouts as compared to other projects for May BTO 2017. Or is it just not being updated?

Other location for reference
Woodlands May 2017

Most are being snapped up already.

Geylang May 2017

My selection date is in Jan 2018 for 4-room Bidadari. Looks hopeful but not pinning all my hopes on it.

Drop out rate for Bidadari is around 10% only. That's quite low imo, probably just really slow moving queue number.
The current queue number for 4 room bidadari is 232.
