Understand the indicative price range for a 4 room Dakota is around $489000-$604000. How much is the increase (in%) for each higher floor?

7xx/326 for 5 room bidadari. Super low chance for selection?

you got 7xx right? depends on what you xx is. if 701, maybe low to low-mid. say if u buy 4D but tio toto every week kind, then maybe level 4-5 depending on how high your unit distribution is. If it is low, or you for more than 750 in your q no.. then...

Prepare $10.

Each floor up is on average about + $1500 to $2000. Highest and 2nd highest floor units are the same price.

70x/680 got chance for mid to high floors? 4R Bidadari

Low to mid should have. You got to look at how the dropout rate is like. BTW this is my own opinion. I COULD BE WRONG.

Room size
2rm - no need to say. senior couples who have paid off their previous house, sells them and pay off the entire 2 rm flat. 2rm is also in competition with the singles.
3rm - very strong competition for senior folks because they can stay 1 room, rent the other out.
4rm - there are still takers, not as much as 5 room. Most of the couples think, if I can get 5 room, we shall not waste the 1 extra study room away.

Other factors (covered in other threads)
1. do note that in every ballots, there are applicants who have balloted in other projects too. so they could have chose a unit even though they are given a number.
2. some may choose not to come
3. some over slept.

Therefore, low to mid still possible, depends on your unit distribution. If you want those very good unit that has low floors only, then confirm no chance. But if that stack is high floor, may have a good chance to get low to mid.

Thanks for your reply. My number is 705. So still have a slight chance for mid-low? My initial plan is 10-15. Highest floor is 16 at bidadari.

highest floor is usually the first choice of potential owners. it is better to have other lower level units as your choices.

If im not wrong majority flats in bidadari starts frm 4th/5th floor onwards. Only a handful starts frm 3rd and 6th. Maybe you migjt still stand a chance? Prolly those undesireable units left though (nwsw facing) etc

I was looking through the replies, I got a 3x Q # for Bidadari and I wonder if there's any disadvantage to taking the highest level (16)? Anyone who experience staying at highest floor can comment?
