During selection i asked the officer rgdg hdb screeding and was told they no longer provide the service. At the same time I've been reading on owners appealing to hdb for screeding.

So which is true? Provide or not?

WhAt??? I don't understand ? I tot 5x /131 is within the unit supply, mean you comfirm can choose a unit . Why all unit is all selected ?😨

That’s great. Finally a good shot after four attempts.

The higher floor units are mostly south facing - do go for units above 28/29 th storeys to gain city/mbs view

Hi, I thought south facing's view would be blocked by skyterrace?

As for the North side, will the plot of greenery be gone very soon with new high rise devt?

Hi,

For South View, the units at Block 96 has a better view due to the staggered design. The higher floor units are able to look over most of the buildings in the background.

However, stack 44 in Block 94 is rather unique amongst the 83sqm lot. The yard area faces an open garden which promotes cross ventilation that is useful in drying the clothes. (trust me that wind is the factor to drying clothes, not sunlight)

Being designed at the corner allows for more natural sunlight, this gives a boost to the rather dim kitchen area.

Try to avoid units on level 15/17 because of the sky garden - It is potentially prone to insect crawling into your apartment.

At this moment, #24-44 is still available and will be best for South facing unit.

For North Facing Units:

No, these black houses are not going to be develop in the short future. While these houses are conserved and the plot ratio is earmarked for 2.1, i do not foresee the government activating the sale so quickly.

Several factors to consider:

1. Road widening must occur earlier than later. No road widiening activity makes me think the land is not ready development.

2. Deforestation is imminent and Government has better options at Tanglin Halt.

3. There is sufficient heating up in the enbloc sales and Governemnt Land Sales. There is no urgency to remove/demolish these old black and white bungalows for residential development.

4. These black white bungalows are too near the Embassy and GCBs. URA will consider deeply on the impact to its surrounding development before taking back these houses for redevelopment.

5. There is sufficient supply in this district/town with 4-5 major condominium launches.

If you prefer to have greenery view, please feel free to consider and don’t need to worry about the future redevelopment.
