How cone nobody choose all the good unit like waterway cascadia but choose all the ulu one?

hmm...it depends on individual preference and other issues to concern about bah.....at times is unexpected of what you think ppl will choose.

I do consider cascadia too but after much consideration and discussion with SO, we decided to drop and select another area instead

Are you going for 4 bedrooms under Chinese?

while your number is not within range of the 131 units for 4 bedrooms, you may have very borderline chance in getting a unit. in all likelihood, the balance units may be lower floor units for Chinese ethnic.

I will also suggest that you pay attention to the future upcoming launch to see if there is a better location, not the launch in Nov 2017[/QUOT

Hmm maybe you are right. But the abbreviations shows in the listing that HDB provided didnt not show KF. Perhaps you can check further while booking the unit? For my whole project, only FF and nothing. Hahaha.. Not even OF/OK seen hahaha

Means as of 29 Oct, a total of 14 queue numbers were called for selection. Based on my understanding, 8 units were selected so far for 4 room Queenstown.

Getting antsy. Still no selection date for Woodlands 4room.

Taking a survey, when you hire a contractor to do the flooring tiles for your flat's living hall and the bedrooms's floorings, do you pass the contractor your new flat's keys and every morning the workers just use your key to open your flat's door and enter WITHOUT you coming down to open the flat's door for them every morning??!

Or you will not pass the contractor your flat's keys and every morning during the revonation period you will come down to open your flat's door for their workers to enter the flat??!

I usually see for renovation, the contractor w use chain and number lock, think its easier for them to tell their workers the number to the log rather than come down to pass the key. So maybe the first time u can help them to open the door and gate, after that, they should be using their own.
