Easy mobile plan eligible for Singtel Circle?

Hi AhBui168,

You need to subscribe to the following services to be eligible for Singtel Circle:

(1) Mobile plan (Combo, Lite, Value, Plus, Prestige)
(2) Fibre broadband plan (300Mbps, 500Mbps, 1Gbps, 10Gbps)
(3) Singtel TV packs (Starter, Trio, Variety, Value)

not true. TPLink/Linksys/Netgear/Dlink, some models can some models cannot. Depending on which model you buy. For Asus, its a blanket feature for all models under the branding..

Hi Singtel - want to suggest/feedback on areas for better customer satisfaction and products?

Singtel TV Go app

FOX Sports Play and the Eleven sports both have options to either stream it via mobile devices and more crucially via any machine with access to an Internet Browser! I feel Singtel TV Go while a great idea limits itself from being an excellent one? For example the limited supported device list is a bit of a let down! With the other 2 apps you could simply stream on a stable wired PC for example and not worry about data charges and/or weak wifi signals

Recordings and DVR

Why not have recordings stored in a "cloud"? In this way one does not need to have to upgrade the set top box and recordings can even be done via the app perhaps?

Price Plan, packages

Why not have a "Singtel Gold" plan where every channel present and future is included and make it seriously value for money for say retirees who watch lots of TV daily by throwing in a 100-200 MBps fiber internet plan FOC? This Gold Plan would be transmitted via fiber internet from the start and not ADSL/phone line and i feel it would be a hit! I myself have elderly retired relatives who had to go with M1 as it's the only Telco to offer low cost internet locally ($6/mth for 100 Mbps i believe)

Singtel TV customers who need to return the STB, remote control and power adapter can head down to the following Singtel Shops to return their equipment:

(1) ComCentre
(2) Tampines Mall
(3) Causeway Point
(4) Jurong Point

ONT cannot be exchanged over the counter. it has to be replaced with a tech guy at your house.

If PON not light up, try to reboot the ONT and see if it does light up. make sure the connection of the fibre cable is snuggly inserted into the TP and ONT.

Like what renfred89 said, ONT cannot be exchanged over the counter.
