Hi guys,
I've recently bought a ASUS RT-AX6100 and i am having some issues setting it up with my MioTV. I have tried the 'Singtel - MIO' and 'Singtel - others' option on set up and it doesn't work.
Anyone has any insights on this?
Thanks much

i'm using ONTBTW u using ONT or ONR?
I have been using an ASUS RT-AC5300 for many years now, with Singtel Mio TV.
Excellent WIFI coverage for the entire household.
No dead wifi zones anywhere.
I highly recommend this router, if you are thinking of making the switch.
BTW, I have 2 Singtel Mio TV set boxes in my household, and my router can natively work to support both.
P.S. I received a PM about setting up the ASUS 5300 Router to support 2 SingTel Mio TV set boxes. I am making this information public to anyone who might need it.
HARDWARE SETUP
First of all , you must have an existing working setup with the 2 Mio TV boxes and the original supplied SingTel router .
After you replace the SingTel router with your ASUS router , you have to login into the ASUS router.
ROUTER SOFTWARE SETUP
Under LAN , Tab IPTV,
Select “ Manual Setting” for ISP Profile.
Use these settings :
Internet : VID: 10, PRIO: 0
LAN Port 4: VID: 20, PRIO: 4
LAN Port 3: VID: 20, PRIO: 4
DHCP: Microsoft
IGMP PROXY: Disable
IGMP Snooping: Disable
(Udpxy) : 0
May I know which port are you using for MIO TV? I intend to get this router after seeing you able to make it work well.
Usually there is a preset for
SingTel Mio TV and you use LAN port 4.
He has two Mio TV Box (now Mio TV is called SingTel TV) so he uses manual settings to use LAN port 3 and port 4 for SingTel TV boxes.

Oh yea. I realised this AcRT5300 router does not have digital voice for home phone. If I am looking at this router, so I must link my Singtel Router to Ac5300 if I wanted the digital voice?
My tv kept freezing none stop until I am so annoyed now. Thought I have chance for tv but now must think of home phone.
No, you can ask SingTel to move the digital voice to the ONT.
I did that in April 2014 when I changed from Singtel provided Pace router to my own router Linksys WRT1900AC.
