I will rather choose near mrt then having tiles.. coz in the future when wanna rent/sell nearer to mrt will worth more n easy to find buyer/tenant. And near to mrt mean saving on time/bus fare will definite save more then the tiles cost on the long run

Completed flats normally cost more. Skyline II is still quite okay. In general the skylines cost more for their larger windows, which gives the developments a more premium feel. Fingers crossed I would have good options by my turn too.

Can i ask.. If I managed to get a queue no. for Bukit merah/queenstown.. but my MOP still next year June. I never get any govt grant for my current resale.. I dont know if they can accept my appeal or not.

How ah.. considered suay or lucky? :(

Which block are you looking at? Going for brook due to the view too. I think crown is also a good location.

Ya... i am considering crown, walking distance to coffeeshop n mrt. Hopefully still got good/high floor for me to choose. My q 19x
