According to plan,there is going to be a Two story building that houses supermarket and eateries at eastbrook

Actually this round's SBF is not bad, got quite a few of options.
I'm urgently in need of readily available unit, so eyeing at those which key can be collected by end of this year.
Cascadia, opal and topaz are on top of my list :)
But my number quite cui, so need to be mentally prepared :s22:

Actually think back, my number not bad la.

First BTO no exceed by 20% of flat supply. Tml appt still got 40+ units to choose from but going for SBF instead.

SBF no leh, is with the first 50%. Tho can't get first choice for sure but still got choices.

EastWave also got supermarket and shops
EastLink also got!!

For gahmen to build so many in one area, you can only imagine how many people they are gonna squeeze in there. Good luck to Yishun peak hour commuters!

Ya lor hahaha! I actually quite like the ulu-ness. Guess can only enjoy it for the next 2-3 years. Once mrt up everybody will want sembawang too lol

ulu is good. a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily working life. sembawang is very quiet, just the way we all like it i guess :D

I totally agree. Sometimes when you want to have a slow stroll around your estate, imagine u are in kallang or bidadri, you can't be possibly walking around your estates in SAF singlets and shorts. The office ladies will look at you like some pervert from the MRT. :s13:
