Actually think back, my number not bad la.

First BTO no exceed by 20% of flat supply. Tml appt still got 40+ units to choose from but going for SBF instead.

SBF no leh, is with the first 50%. Tho can't get first choice for sure but still got choices.

Actually, ED still have decent units available for 5 rm.

Btw, do you have to cancel your BTO appointment with HDB or just don't show up?

I have an appointment for BTO soon too.

I have an appointment for BTO soon too.

Comparable to the units available in SBF. Between the two, I just choose the one where I can get my keys earlier.

Mine is tml. Just don't turn up lor.

Punggol is full liao, should be 95% filled by 2020/2021. Jurong should take another 10-15 years with Tengah's first unit to be offered only in 2018.

I think Gahmen will come Simpang in 2030 thereabouts when the road networks there is completed and the wharves moved to Tuas.

That i would not know, you will find out when the selection starts (maybe around april?) For skyline 2 project, looks like 296B is completed. what is your Q no?

Hi is anyone able to advise the appointment selection process? They go batches right? Meaning Q no. 1 to 5 and then so on and so forth.Would the selection of flats be confirmed in accordance to q no. What happens if eg. reached the turn of q 20 and someone drops out from the front due to whatever reasons, can those who confirm their selection still change or no way? Thanks

Let's not promote sembawang.. guys pls choose other estates that are not so ulu. Sembawang is like living in a jungle. Punggol better :x

You'll need to wait for 2nd appointment to sign the lease agreement and collect the keys.
