I don't think HDB has release the invitation dates for selection of flats yet.

Nope, first appointment is when u have to apply for grant and it will take probably at least 1 month.

HDB should have indicated an estimate month for selection when you got your application results. But of course that's not final and subject to changes.

Anw i hve applied hle to check the eligibility, but on the first appt do i need the real hle letter in order to book the flat?

looking for the estimated month for selection. i dont think they are going based on alphabetical order. estates like Sembawang and all starting in Mar/Apr. not looking at any specific project.

I am looking at Eastwave too. What's your q no?
If it's a small no, applying for HLE early is quite ok, if it's big then hopefully the selection process doesnt take long.
HLE expires in 6 months.

This time round a bit hard to gauge cos i don't think it's by alphabetical order anymore, unlike previous SBFs. Cos Jurong and Punggol both in May and TPY in Mar. which doesn't really make much sense hahaha

I applied in dec actually HAHAH so ganchiong. So i think by the time choose unit need reapply again... Bcos now i havent officially apply for the letter, just checking the amy of loan, but i guess need to apply for the letter soon
