Last year I applied may and august bto. Both I got number beyond the flat supply. Now only left with Super Low floors. If I forgo these two appointments,I think I will be downgraded to second timer

Do u know when to ROM ah? Before get keys or within 6 months after getting keys?

Iirc, if you wanna qualify for grant, rom before get keys. Otherwise, it is within 6 mths

I feel you... I'm in the exact same situation.. maybe worse boat!

I applied in May.. my queue no. exceeded by a lot.. I never get an appointment until HDB msged me in Jan 2017 this year. Left #02 and #03 floor.

Then in Aug BTO, queue no. exceeded again.. the remaining flats are near chute or directly facing lift.

And now my NOV SBF, my queue no is quite far behind. *sigh*
(trouble is if I reject this too.. I can't apply flat for 2 years)

Wonder if I can appeal to HDB...

Actually HDB may give chance and not penalize you since there are only low floors left on the day of your selection. Have faith!

Actually HDB may give chance and return you the FT status since there are only low floors left on the day of your selection. Have faith!

From what I understand from previous threads, the beginning stage will move a bit slower. like 5 a day. after that the numbers will move faster and also after that no one else post in forum cos all too busy selecting flats already. so i also not sure hehe.

but one thing is that selection will not be consecutive everyday.

Nearer to MRT
If high level enough, buildings have a wider gap inbetween.

Cons:
Noise - it's at the main entrance - driveway (many cars) /shops and eating house / school
faces slant view of carpark / carpark / school
EastLink beside is still under construction - noise and dust (have to bear with it) School not yet built too.

But overall can see why people like 119A

Which blk? I'm looking at 119A and 120c
Anw i hve applied hle to check the eligibility, but on the first appt do i need the real hle letter in order to book the flat?

do we need to produce the HLE letter on the selection date? If amount not enough does it mean the applicant can forgo and skip to the next person in queue?
