This is a very important loophole that HDB must solve to ensure fairness to everyone, especially to those genuinely in need of flat desperately.

u see ah, if say got 100units supply, and say got 1particular unit i really like.

i just get 99 dummy people just login and just pay $10.
99x$10 = $990 i dun mind paying.

Then if u look at it carefully in statistics, my chances of getting the flat i want is increased.

Anyway i have reliable sources and proofs that people that are ineligible to get a flat can still get a queue number! this means that those rejected are actually denied one chance.

I'm used to one bus piling through the neighbourhood......if wanted to go to Jurong East have to wait for bus 334 for about 12 mins....so I'm used to it......Not sure when will another bus be introduced....took Jurong 13 years from the day I was born to 2013 that they introduced bus 49....Sembawang another 13 years?

Canberra MRT announcement came very late, long after all the projects have launched. The only exception was the most recent proj eastlink 1 and 2, which were oversubscribed for 2 and 4 rooms. And yup MRT will only start in 2019

The station was announced in June 2014 after east bank, east bank, east wave(may 2013) and eastcrown and eastlace(mar 2014)..

Just like woodlands and cck... Although near mrt but coz it's located at far north of Singapore, some ppl still thinks it's a bird no lay egg place.

Plus there is no existing amenities nearby...

Welcome to Singapore.

I wrote a letter to the ministers to ask them to RELOOK AT THE BALLOT PROCEDURES, CITERIAS AND POLICIES. They reply me that i am asking for special preference and reservation to get a unit.
