Questions: Can grants such as stay near parents + AHG + SHG be used together? for 4R or 5r? Do we die die need to ROM before taking key (if we lucky enough to get the flat) ?

There's no live near parents grant for bto/sobf, that is for resale.

Yes, grants can be use together.

Ahg is for all flat size in both mature and non mature areas while shg is only for 4rm and below in non mature estate.

If you have receipt of banquet booking or rom date booking then u can delay giving them the certificate I believe for 6 months

Stay near parents grant is only for resale

5 room only can get AHG I think

If taking grant, HDB usually will wanna see ROM cert during key collection. Think can appeal with ROM booking date or banquet booking receipt.

i think most people 90% are pretty smart. They know this is not first come first serve thing, so most apply on Sunday or Monday.

So if u see a particular category ratio say is 2.0 on Monday night dun be too happy, that is just 10% of the noobs. i not surprise this 2.0 suddenly become 20.0 on Tuesday after the whole thing end.

SHG only for 4 room below at non-mature estate.
If total income 3k, then can get $25,000 AHG + $40,000 SHG. Max hdb loan is 198,000. With ur 40k OA total about 300k.

If each of u earn 3k per mth = 6k then can get $30,000 SHG only, 0 AHG. Max loan S$ $396,700. With ur 40k OA total about 470k.

Grant credited to cpf o/a, if both applicant citizen then 50/50 each..

You won't see the loan money one rah..it would be straight to hdb and deduct by monthly thru your cpf

Ah, decisions.

Queue numbers are issued to 3x the number of units available. So an application ratio of 2.3 will mean you will get a number. But if you're at the tail end, then not much hope bah.

What do you not understand?

These are balance flats which are put up for sale due to various reason such as repossessed units, undesired locations, couple backing up due to financial or matrimony reasons etc.

You ballot for SBF flats the same way you do for a BTO. The only difference is you pay more than launch price, shorter waiting time for completion or collection of keys, limited units thus greater competition.

if i am waiting for May sobf selection and if i apply for Nov sobf. In the event if i got a decent number for Nov but i chose the May sobf for a unit, will i be considered giv up 1 chance of choosing flat?

The rate is 0.4 for FT now, but apparently quite a big percentage of people won't actually turn up when choosing unit??

hi,I apply for a 3 rm under sobf at jurong east estate.I am single but my case was under Sers, I am entitled to 10% piroity allocations.my estate overall was 2.3
so do I get a queue no.? & will it be much faster to process due to my application as Sers
applicant?
