Me too 4 room punggol! Still considering if Damai waterway brooks is a good option besides cascadia. 1 lrt stop away so pretty convenient. Hassle to walk to cascadia when raining coz no shelter, unless take lrt 2 stops also.

Saw it. Block 50 commonwealth got a level 3 flat 5 room (114sqm) going for $730, 500.. Location very good just opposite tanglin halt market.. Tanglin Where our iconic chap lao chu (old 10 story hdb house) is with the other being circuit road.

The 4 room.. Those along Dawson Road.. 4 room 83sqm level 18 cost $550k.. But very near orchard..
