Hi all, kinda bit of a situation. No thanks to PS4–PS5 save games & its compatibility issues. Basically i would very much love to continue my games on the PS5 and leveraging on better graphics.
1. Control (PS4)
I have the physical copy and have played quite a bit. And have downloaded the free Control Ultimate Edition via PSN+ previously for the PS5. But it cannot recognise my previous PS4 save files.
Would it be possible if i upload my PS4 save file to some kind soul to help save it as a “Ultimate Edition“ version?
2. FFVII Remake
I have the physical disc. But ironically, I’ve played in on the free version via PSN+. I assume the save files can be detected when i use the disc. And i assume also i get the free PS5 upgrade when playing on the disc. Do i need to keep using the disc when I continue my game from here on?
Very confusing the transition on PS4/PS5 compatibility. Or maybe its me, not taking advanced precaution when starting on new games.

Hello everyone,
Anyone playing demon souls? can add me to friend list?
Looking for more friends to play with and the world character black and white.
My psn is Ministry1976.
Thank You.
alot of ppl in the world is asking this question. you think us in a singaporean forum will know about this? The chip shortage affects every electronics, not just PS5.
For someone who has a disc version, and buys occasional games on deals from PS store, do you think there is a need to expand the storage?
