btw, the SG60 plan if the contract end already, would revert to $12 hor?
basket. ST only offer new subscribers and porting-in $6

https://www.singtel.com/personal/pr...ampaign=15jan-sop-sg60-seniors-marketing-page

no welfare for re-contracts....~ bad! :poop:

Yes, you need to be very careful about the old SG60 offer as the price goes up quite a bit after 12 months and go to exhorbitantly high price after 24 months.

If you are keen, you can always move out to Starhub or eight Senior plan for one month and then come back to the new Singtel S$6 Senior plan.

ya...once contract ends... it'll be $12 lol!
think gonna port over to SH for good already lol... cause the Singtel $6 is only a year-contract too.

SH is no contract $6... that's much better...don;t want so much trouble lol

Kind of true for non-senior plans. I am keeping the S$15.28 plan as my main line as long as Singtel keeps offering it. If not, I may want to move out as well.

On the other hand, some users may find the expensive Priority Plus plans (S$55 per month) useful since it provides 1 additional mobile line that shares the plan’s unlimited local data, 1000 min talktime and 1000 SMS. It also provides UNLIMITED Malaysia Roaming and 13GB Asia Roaming. This is especailly true if they also go with phone purchase with PayLater (S$10 monthly cashback) .

Then some users would even go with the Priority Ultra plan (S$80 per month) which provides 1 additional mobile line that shares the plan’s unlimited local data, 1500 talktime, 1500 SMS and Worldwide Roaming (up to 18GB). It also provides UNLIMITED Malaysia Roaming, 18GB Worldwide roaming and 6GB Asia Roaming. The plan becomes more attractive to them if they also go with phone purchase with PayLater (S$20 monthly cashback).

NTUC offer will make the above two plans even more attractive for those who like the plans. But I believe that is only for new user or port-in.

CIS offer is even better if you qualify.

Some users here actually go with the S$19.25 CIS plan.

Do you think they will revamp this plan?

Do you think they will revamp this plan?

1) I tend to believe not. In fact I hope they would even improve the roaming data bundle to more places.

2) Just as a comparison, here is what SingTel S$15 prepaid monthly plan (every 30 days) offers. I am not saying that is a better plan though as it may have lower priority.

https://www.singtel.com/personal/products-services/mobile/prepaid-plans/monthlyplans

500GB 5G+ (250GB Singapore + 250GB roaming data Malaysia, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Thailand)
Up to 600 IDD mins: 9 destinations
500 local mins + 100 SMS

3) On the other hand, you may want to consider a backup plan to go, just in case SingTel removes this S$15.28 recontract offer.

for the additional line under the priority plus plan, can it be an existing SingTel line or it has to be a new line from SingTel?

when I sign up, the singtel sales man told me I can use a existing singtel line or port in my preferred number for the additional line but I took up a new line from singtel. Do take note the additional mobileshare lines does not come with free caller ID .

my dad's Singtel Senior SG60 have been $6.01 all the while iirc. but didn't bother about it at all.
$0.01.... there's no reason to waste time to find the CSO, write e-mails, call the stupid hotline (wait for don't how long)....for real.
Latest update from the Singtel CSO, they will credit 12 cents in subsequent bill for the 1 cent overcharge.

IMHO.
Imagine there are 1000 users and none reported.
Can confirmed sure there are alot sign up and dont care, let it deduct from card.

This one really is singtel fault , there billing, didnt account for the Gst components, as i explained earlier.

Also the Singtel Prepaid, I was reading slowly "milking" the stored value. 🤔

Just like the SG pools app. They have been charging us $0.10 for each bank link top up for years. Imagine the profit they make until someone blows it up than gov take action.

IMHO.

... may I also add the overcharging by SimplyGo for those 'missing exits' on non-suspecting passengers who never check their SimplyGo app and just allow their card to be charged. it was happening for a number of years.

but so far this year I have not kena any cases (touch wood) and did not have to make claims for quite a while. still have to diligently check the app after every trip to ensure I don't kena wrong charges. such is the low level of trust in the system.

just because it's 1 cent or 5 cents doesn't mean it's right to overcharge customers.

SimplyGo can use AI to to surface these. People generally do the same thing, so it is not difficult. SimplyGo app can export the data ?
