I just received this sms from singtel.
We sincerely apologize for the recent network disruption. We know how important staying connected is. As a small gesture, you’ll receive a $10 goodwill rebate on your bill – no action needed. This will be reflected on your bill within the next 1 to 2 billing cycles. We will continue to enhance our network and strengthen its resilience.
Thank you for your understanding.

Yes, enhanced core all S$5. Priority all S$10.The Enhanced Lite plan is considered by SingTel to be low cost SIM Only plans -- so 12 months contract applies.
Not so sure if Enhanced Core plan users get S$10 or not. My guess is that they also get S$5.
In summary, for SingTel SIM Only plan users, I guess only Priority Plus and Priority Ultra plan users may get S$10.
i know someone who has got $10 rebate and is on enhanced lite. But he has got full suite of ST services (i.e., broadband, tv and mobile) + ST red.Yes, enhanced core all S$5. Priority all S$10.

Gomo users are reported to get S$5.
Zym/Zero1/VIVIFI/CMLink users got S$0 as they are mostly not affected.

As far as I know, NSA shutdown should be on 31st March 2026, as communicated by a number of Singtel MVNOs and Singtel themselves to GOMO customers.

Thanks a lot for the updates.
Let's see if this will really happen or not.
Zym 5G+ FAQ mentions Q1 2026 deadline.
12. I am currently on a 5G plan, what happen if I do not switch to a a 5G SIM card?
🛜 If you are currently on a 5G plan, please note that you MUST exchange your SIM card for a true 5G SIM to maintain 5G network access.
This is due to an IMDA REGULATION that requires the older 5G Non-Standalone (NSA) network to be ceased islandwide by Q1 2026.
CMLink 5G+ FAQ mentions the 31-March-2026 date.
https://www.cmlink.com/sg/en/faq/?value=17
Zero1 does not mention the deadline for 5G NSA shutdown. Just say it will "retire soon".
https://zero.zero1.sg/announcement/zero1-5g-plus/
VIVIFI does not mention the deadline for 5G NSA shutdown. Just say that they will "retire it at a later date".
https://www.vivifi.me/5gplus/
Then there is a report that some Gomo users received an SMS talking about the 31-March-2026 5G NSA network shutdown date.
