With the recent rejection of the S$15.28 plan recontract reported by some of you,
Did Singtel sent any promotion links to you via Singtel app or email? Could be $20 one or the $19.28?

Maybe there's a new link?

1. No new link, it is one of the existing S$20.37 links, for my second S$15.28 line which got rejected. Basically the same benefits as the existing S$15.28 250GB link, but at S$20.37 per month.

I believe it is this one.
https://www.singtel.com/personal/products-services/mobile/eform/simonlyoffer
12-month contract
250GB of 5G+ data
FREE 50GB DataRoam Monthly to Malaysia for the next 12 months
1,000mins
500 SMS
12 FREE months of Caller ID
12 FREE months of 5G+ Access
$20.37/mth

2. For my first S$15.28 line, before the successful recontract in July 2026, they kept sending the S$20.37 link using SMS as well.

3. As far as I know, no new links other than those mentioned in Post #4 of the following thread.

Thanks!! mine dont have. I was googling.. i suspect it could be a case that my sim card is not a 5G+ sim card.

Shows the same tagline even when phone is on 4G. Priority Access some more!
iPhone 17, iOS 26.7, eSIM.
In Settings>General>About, scrolling down to eSIM, Network Provider is Singtel 70.0.1
As I posted earlier, nothing to do with actual backend speed on the network. Actual plan, Enhanced or Priority, should show up in My Singtel app.

Some will say you get the best offer as your S$19.25 5G+ Enhanced Lite plan has no contract. You also get better roaming bundles and unlimited local data.

The S$15.28 plan has 12 months contract. Typical S$19.25 5G+ Enhanced Lite plan has 12 month contract as well.

But the special S$19.25 offer seems to expire already.

Enhanced Lite 5G+ Enhanced
No contract
$19.25/mth

Don’t miss this special one-time only offer, just for you. Offer ends 15 Sep 2026.

Enhanced Network Lane: 2X Speed
Enhanced Care: Shops, hotline & chat
Enhanced Security: 3 months of McAfee Mobile Security
UNLIMITED 5G+ local data
110GB M'sia Roaming (1st 12 mths, 10GB thereafter)
10GB Asia Roaming for 12 months
400 mins talktime & 400 SMS
FREE Caller ID
3 months of Burpple Beyond, Straits Times All Digital, Calm Premium
Adding a data point here, the link still seems to work (despite the end date 15 Sep). Signed up and received the call from the telesales, received the service agreement with the entitlements reflected in the online form in a few hours with port-in scheduled tomorrow.

reminds me of Malaysia's CelcomDigi showing its carrier name as CelcomDigi 5G on phone status even if it's on 4G network :o

Anyone's phone carrier status starts showing "Singtel 5G+ | Enhanced Network. Priority Access." ?
Same here on iPhone. Settings → Cellular → Network Selection shows "Singtel 5G+ | Enhanced Network. Priority Access." Started a few days ago, didn't change anything. I'm on a 5G+ Enhanced plan (My Singtel app shows the Enhanced label). Status bar still just shows "5G".

Since it's showing on both Android and iPhone, probably Singtel changed the network name on their side. Guessing the text depends on plan tier, since Lonelyoldman80 only sees "5G+". Anyone on Priority seeing something different?

Google AI overview of SingTel SIM Only plan key milestones.

Take note S$15.28 plan only appeared in the second half of 2024 as a low data bundle plan (around September 2024).

Timeline of Key Milestones
    • September 2015: The Launch (Contract-Free Shift)
Singtel launched its first fully customizable SIM Only plan. Starting at a base price of $20 for 5GB of data (which included 3GB local data and 2GB Singtel WiFi), it broke the mold by letting consumers add modular packs for talk time and SMS without locking into a device contract. [1, 2]
    • 2019: The Launch of GOMO
To directly counter agile digital MVNOs like Circles.Life, Singtel launched GOMO, its standalone sub-brand. While not under the main Singtel brand, GOMO served as Singtel’s primary vehicle for mass-market, budget-friendly SIM-only options running on its core network footprint. [1, 2, 3, 4]
    • 2021–2022: The 5G Transition Era
Singtel integrated 5G Standalone (SA) capability into its high-tier SIM-only plans. During this window, the standard SIM Only tiers shifted from basic 4G data to robust 5G bundles. At the same time, highly sought-after $15.28 and $20.37 loyalty/re-contract offers emerged on local forums (offering heavily boosted data like 150GB–250GB), serving as key customer retention milestones. [1, 2]
    • August 2024: The Lifestyle & Travel Transformation
In alignment with National Day, Singtel completely refreshed its mainstream lineup into the SIM Only Plus family. Recognizing shifting consumer habits, they bundled substantial regional roaming data (particularly targeting Malaysia and broader Asia) alongside baseline local data allocations. [1, 2, 3]
    • 2026: The "Unlimited 5G+" Standard
The current lineup has fully moved to an unlimited local data model on almost all premium tiers. The structure is categorized under "Enhanced" and "Priority" tiers (e.g., Enhanced Core at $40/month or Priority Plus at $55/month), integrating tiered network speeds (up to 4X priority lane speeds) alongside cross-border data bundles.

My Poco X7 Pro has no such carrier lables even if I force the phone to use manual carrier selection.

The 5G+ icon on the top means 5G SA with Carrier Aggregation for Poco phones.

Thanks for sharing. Interesting to note that although it's Singtel, there's 70.0, 70.0.1, 72.0
I suppose they are the carrier firmware versions.

chat with Singtel whatsapp SA a few days ago regarding my expiring plan, whether it is possible to recontract at the same price of $15.28 at the same terms. the SA said will get back to me but no respond. dropped a message early this morning to check any updates, till now, the whatsapp message is still 1 tick.

guess singtel don't want me as a customer anymore, time to port out :spin:
Finally the CS replied today and just managed to recontract at the same price of $15.28 with following inclusions:

340GB, 1,000 mins, 500 SMS, FREE Caller ID for 1st 12 mths, FREE 12 months 5G access, Free 50GB DataRoam Monthly Malaysia (12 mth), Free SCAM Protect. Nothing special I guess.

FYI, I didn't had any link to sign up from, the CS processed on his end through WhatsApp chat
