It’s not the hospital, it’s the pricing of Ola and the locality of Ola vs the new EC launch at the same time..

I thought generally, in terms of amenities, it's pretty ok. Walking distance to SK MRT and Compass One (albeit heavy traffic road), and 24h food court right across at SKGH, along with Mr Bean and other food stalls. Near many clinics as well due to SKGH.

In addition, also near supermarket on the other side I think.

Near Nan Chiau Pri as well.

Only thing I can think of is SKGH.

Its "walking distance" , but imagine walking during a hot day. one will rather still take bus/LRT.
2nd is, its the 4th EC in that vicinity. when it MOP, the other 3 already sold most of their unit liao. and ya some people dont like to face SKGH.

Only thing I can think of is SKGH.

I would not count it as being near Seng Kang MRT, it is a good 20mins unshelthered walk away (based on map and to my recollection) and it’s also more than 1km outside Nan Chiau Primary. In this immediate vicinity, there is only a ShengShiong and coffee shop also a distance walk away, other than the SK Hospital.

The other EC Piermont Grand and Parc Canberra launched around the same period are much closer to malls and MRT than OLA is, buyers who have wanted to reside in the North-East would have opted for Piermont Grand imo.

I'm getting old and staying near hospital is actually good for me as long as not facing directly...
