Simply due to buona vista mrt

Downside as i said, this is apartment, not condo like Clavon

Clementi could be easier to exit in near term. Can sell to both investors and upgraders. ONE seems to be targeting only investors.

Depends on what you define as full facilities condo.

In general, full facilities condo will come with clubhouse, bbq, swimming pool and gym. Nowadays, tennis court may not be provided.

Does the completeness of the gym affect whether it's full facilities status? Alot of gyms only have 2 trackmills and minimum weights.

btw, this have 50m lap pool, gym, bbq, function rooms. size how big i not sure though but considered to have most facilities except tennis?

FULL condo facilities generally means must have tennis court.

One agent tried to persuade... no tennis court... do you play tennis?
I said yes, very often ... then he was stumped...
If I can buy a condo with full condo facilities, why do I need to compromise with people saying...do you play tennis? Actually no tennis court better...etc

It is much safer to have full condo facilities as one will not know if tenants and future buyers view that as a consideration....

Nowadays, many development like to play around with water features...70 different water features, including a wall with water trickling down included as one feature !!!...what’s the use? What I need is the just the pool and jacuzzi...

Anyway, you are free to buy what you like with your money.

When recent new launches enter resale, can tell it needs an even longer horizon to see profit.
