In general, full facilities condo will come with clubhouse, bbq, swimming pool and gym. Nowadays, tennis court may not be provided.

My neighbour faces tennis court. Initially she also thought will be noisy. But turns out to be mostly ok. Because the people usually spend more time picking up the balls than having actual pro-longed rallies. Hahahah.
