those thinking of hooting 12R, my suggestion is to not get it and go 11 instead. Coz for 12R, the only good points are bigger(but lower res) screen size and slightly bigger battery(500mah more) but inferior wide angle+telephoto, and 11 is about the same price

I'm pleased to announce, singpass is working for Oneplus 12R

I bought for 1340. yes it comes with esim and so far singpass is working fine. not 100% cos cannot go through the signing cert but still can be used. I tried logging in bank apps with the singpass app and it works.

HK set should be global set same model as SG. CPH2581 iirc

Signing Certificate:
"The signing certificate is used with Sign with Singpass and Authorise with Singpass in the context of transaction signing.

When a Singpass app user uses Sign with Singpass to digitally sign documents with the app, the signing certificate generates a digital signature on the electronic document. This digital signature is cryptographically linked to the signer and can be verified using the signer's public key.

For transaction signing, a Singpass app user can remotely provide transaction-related permissions to authorise a transaction to proceed. When a user successfully authorises the transaction, the transaction will be "signed" with a digital signature generated."

But i'm not 100% sure Singpass sign in on OP12 will definitely be fine for everyone though. My Redmi K70 Pro with CN ROM had the sign in 83-T991 error when i got it. then a week or so ago I tried again randomly and was able to get it, albeit with that signing certification error thing. Not a big deal since sign in to e-services works fine. But yesterday night i was wondering if it was repeatable or not, so I reset the app and tried to sign in again, and got the 83-T991 error again and failed to even sign in. So.... YMMV ba. unless the other bro willing to reset his app to verify again, at the risk of being unable to sign in at all.

That's my guess also. Probably should gun for hk / india / eu set with esim
