lol i just love the OS and the design esp the alert slider thats going extinct now that i keep going back to it, esp those i had 2 of, reason is because i hold 2 phones, and i tried other brand phones like Samsung S21U, Sony Xperia Z Premium, 2nd hand Z Fold 3 to play with foldable, 2nd hand Aquos R6 to try japanese phones, Mi5s, Nexus 6, Nexus 6P, Pixel 7 Pro etc, but all end up using less than a month, some just 1 week and sell already, and keep going back to Oneplus hence got 2 of the same phone at once

Anyone here like me used to have the OG OnePlus One?
got try OG OnePlus One before but experience :flash:. Phone itself is just okay (only good thing was the processor at that time), and OS is quite nice. But quite sway kena a unit with accelerometer issue. the calibration was slightly off or something. day to day use is fine, but back then got play some racing game and it will keep veering slightly to one side. so after a while gave up on it. can't really repair too since it was export set. sold it off at a bigger loss than usual due to the that issue.

i have fonder memories for this. that year didn't try the OnePlus 2 and tried this instead. was surprisingly nice to use because of the smaller form factor.

i recall the biggest issue then was the lack of 5Ghz wifi band when OP1 with the same chipset had 5ghz wifi, albiet its a budget phone during the era of OP2 with SD810

Nothing much, they dun do much with it except candycrush-esqe games and the usual singpass/CDC/sg60 vouchers stuff. Only thing that tanked was the battery to about 80+% after 1+ and 2 yrs respectively as my mum's was a pass me down from me testing the phone. I dun see how they use it on the daily but when I see it they like plugging into the normal qc(not supervooc) charger while playing games, which made it super hot. And reason why they nv use supervooc is coz they like to use those magnetic connector plugged permanently to the phone with the cable on the multiport qc charger
