Previous gen China flash to global rom, I don't remember losing L1 widewine. Is it a new thing on op8?

China set run hydrogen OS and other region is oxygen OS. You can flash but I think you will lose your L1 iirc. Need ask those people who got the China set

Anyone notice black bars on their phone?

The black bar at the top of my phone at the front camera area is very obvious de. Just off lights and close my curtains at night with 0% brightness, load Google chrome no internet page can see le. But normal day to day usage I don't see it so no problems for me.

yup more and more cases are popping out now even in UK, you could raise a support ticket but I have already done some time back since 10.5.8, would suggest those still having problem go direct to MisterMobile.

if the export sets are working fine, they might offer a solution of reflashing the rom entirely. you will need to check with them, if not cross fingers it is not hardware related.

I am using Nillkin tempered glass. When apply, u need to keep pressing with the tab that provided to get rid of the bubbles. So far so good.
