If the vendor list his "Shipping From" as From Overseas (China), it probably means he is chenna vendor. In this case better to be safe than sorry. Message the vendor and ask whether he offer any form of warranty and whether he can dont state the value of item on the parcel to avoid incurring taxes. But most importantly, if its too good to be true then it probably is.

Edit: Noticed that another of the chenna sellers on Qoo10 has dropped his price for 64gb to $512. Price war ROUND 2!!!

Oneplus is a breakaway group derived from ex-Oppo executives. Spec/hardware differences you can simply google to get your answer. But Oppo are not selling oneplus.

having problem accessing fastboot mode. pressing volume up + power and it always stuck at the "已进入FASTBOOT“。 Anyone has seen this problem and resolved it?

also cheena seller......so far only KRAZ3GADGET is confirmed local seller. But if you are mentally prepared for no warranty and after-sales support, then just go for the vendor with the cheapest selling price. Price of around $540 is already very good. Even you get an invite to buy direct from OPO, its gonna cost around $450 for phone(after conversion), $30+ bucks for shipping, forwarding and insurance, and 0.7% of total cost if kanna tax.

EDIT: New listing. Another local seller. Offering 1 year local warranty but listed price for 64gb is $638
