Their helpdesk as good as nothing sia. Contacted them 3-4 times with no response (after more than 2 weeks).

Sibeh dulan I lodge a case with PayPal get them to resolve. Now status is PayPal Reversed

Think I'll just cancel the bloody order.

Ya. It's an address given by Vpost (Portland). Then it went to simi Rosemead (wherever that is!!!).

It's OK if I gotta wait a bit more but at least have a proper helpdesk system that respond to customer. Imagine 2 weeks without responding When loggin a case it says it may takes up to 5 days before hearing from them. Well 5 days is still OK to me. Not 15 definitely.

saw it too...but the twrp thing i read there seems to require root which i did not perform on my phone...

If there is no TWRP installed then the command won't work.
Probably he can provide more information on whether rooted, meaning of "empty folder", etc.
