Haha, thanks. I do think MSCP is a minus point. Even my hdb now has MSCP that links my block with shelter. It's quite important I feel as I have to maneuver with 2 kids, bags for baby gear and shopping bags. If it's raining, it would make it worse...Just to add another 2 cents' worth:
Brownstone is likely the only EC so close to an MRT station. It's true that it is nowhere near primary schools, but your kids will benefit from the proximity advantages later on in secondary school and afterwards. Parc Life is fair bit farther from the MRT station, but still walkable.
I understand the compromise that has to be made, but that is a really tough decision. To help you feel better, the MSCP at Brownstone would have been the biggest inconvenience for a daily driver like me.
If they are in secondary school, they should be fine doing the travel. It's when they are in primary school and we are both working elsewhere...
