There seem to be conflicting info, some agents advertising 3bedroom start at 1.5xm and indicative psf 14xxpsf up.

Majority of the campaigns on social media indicated one bedder from 8xxk.

The breakeven should be 13xxpsf.
sell at 13xxpsf all green planning to do charity?
Then 4 bedder starting psf for PR8 will then be only 12xxpsf arh?
Then treasure and riverfront 4 bedder buyers can go Bedok reservoir Liao.

yes, its correct...3 compact is from $1.5xM.. size 1023/1055/1066 sqft .. but there is no 14xxpsf .. imagine Watergarden is ady from 13xx-14xx psf.. if PR8 is the same, then really mai tu lioa...

Looks like PR8 is going to attract buyers of larger units, esp 3 bed premium.
But it still quite weird for 3 bedder premium to price lower psf than 4 bedder.
That said, I don’t quite like the 1259sqft layout.
