Waiting to see caveat, such a big price disparity in psf terms for a project that is not a very tall project (I.e. no views to differentiate) is baffling. But I’m guessing those sold at 2000psf is only a handful.

Most should be 14xx to Low 16xx since the average ‘is close to 1600’

If have the chance to sell out in one weekend, why not do so? Why raise prices and risk not able to sell those higher quantum units after giving ppl time to research on the price disparity?
