I’m skeptical u own Propnex shares when u appear so bearish on SG property market since 2018 till now. So good that u sold too.

According to the article, launch prices around $1.7k psf? wow price a bit steep leh.. My relative at Seaside residences will be happy if ulu place can sell so high. SKG will also start to look reasonable.
