those 2 who bought at 2k psf, will they bounce out? what r the penalties to the buyers if the unit bounce out

lose 1.25% of purchase price which is 25% of the 5% deposit, anyway the 2 caveats are lodged in URA already, they executed it i think.

Recently talking with an agent on this project. They got an estimated completion time of Jan 2025 from the construction project manager. This is almost 18 months earlier than their official TOP of June 2026.

Based on what I've been hearing, construction companies in Singapore are generally really good at finishing before the official TOP. However, I have never heard of the actual TOP being 18 months earlier than the original estimated TOP.

My senses make me think that the project manager is being overly optimistic and rosy with the unofficial Jan 2025 TOP. Would my sense be right here and believe that the real TOP will more likely by second half of 2025 earliest.
