"just met my MPs in my constituency at the coffee shop besides Sheng Shiong.Janil Puthucherry came to me, shaked hand with me but I refused toshake hand with him. I told him "you're off the ground". I said to him I have been living here for 5 years, I have never ever seen you once. (Jac Teo was beside me kept quiet). Then he said to both of us"Yes, I've seen you at your house and you too (referring to Jac)" I toldhim nope, not at all. As for Jac, she was puzzled because she was noteven living here in Punggol. (Both of us were laughing!). Then he walked away from my table as I haven't even finished my conversation with him. So I turned around to tab Teo Chee Hean's back and he shaked hand with me. However, he also walked away when I said to him "I want to talk with you".Then came this fellow (if am not wrong it's Zainal Sapari) who told me I could talk to him as he was also an MP. I didn't bother to ask his name and he didn't even introduce his name to me. So he came sitting down at our table and I started complaining to him about many national issues like employment precarious position of the PMETs, employment act outdated not protecting our workers anymore, taxi drivers deprived of off days and heavy rental costs etc. Guess what, he walked off half-way without even hearing me sincerely and understanding the problems on the ground. He said I could write to his email as he was also from NTUC but didn't bother to give me his email.. I said to him "no use, you don't even hear me now, how else would you read my email". Then the whole lot movedon to another table without an apology at all.Teo Ser Luck was looking from afar, dare not come near my table. All the "Por Lan Pa" kept hurrying them to move on to the next table. One of them asking Janil if they should take video of me. LOL!Oh by the way, Sux Xueling was hugging and taking photo with the China family as you can see from Jac's post above.The team : Teo Chee Hean, Teo Ser Luck, Zarinal Sapari, Janil Puthucherry, Ng Chee Meang and Sun Xueling.PASIR RIS-PUNGGOL VOTERS, DO YOU WANT THIS KIND OF MP REPRESENTING YOU?"

I wonder why WP don't want to send a suicide squad over. Ijjit the Pasir Ris side or PRP don't like WP?

By nw it is evident on the flaws of a GRC system.

Had Desmond stand in SMC, for the f*** i care maybe can give him a miss (but do low down pinky mandate)

So the more for now had to vote him in.

And nobody would disagree that Harminder Pal is a good speaker.


I think they need to start small 1st. Let them go into parliment so that they can catch more better candidates. By 5 or 10 years, these uncles will also probably retire and SDA can be reborned. Afterall, it was a CST's project.

personally i dont believe in the grc system

i heard its a uniquely-singapore system

i dont have the ability to choose the ministers individually, but have to vote a whole group in. that, in my personal view, limits democracy.

BUT

im going to vote who most aligns with my beliefs. not 100% perfect, but the voted individual's job is to speak up for us.

But what's SDA's solution to all of the issues they've mentioned? I went to rally and they just make noise and say what people wanna hear.

SDA is there to occupy the oppo opening and protect the incumbent.

They know this person will just vote for opposition so dun waste time

PAP got a strong party whip to whip every MP into obedience or face disciplinary action or elimination from the next GE

We need to vote for the opposition n put pressure on PAP

WP needs time to strategise. I believe it's also the same reason why they do not want to govern right now. I feel that once more WP gets in parliament this time, the next GE will materialise all our hopes for a new government and usher in an era of first world parliament.

My vote is for SDA now, for the ideal they represent. For change!
