Construction update -April 2022.
10th floor for blk 28. 3rd floor for blk 22.
Prices increases a lot especially this year.
An average of $100k more for new buyers.
Only bigger units 3 premier and above can see a diff in pricing within Neigbour’s .
As for smaller units, it was sold out during launched date and hence all bought at the same entry price .
PS; Penrose fully SOLD OUT within 18 months.

one 500 one 800 Simi same density. Might as well extend abit more say is similar to riverfront/florence.
