One is 500 plus units and the other is 1000 plus units. I live in SUO. Where got dense? There is a big lawn, underground carpark,2 50m length swimming pools,1 smaller pool, kids pool and several massive jacuzzis. MSCP nobody park. I rollerblade there.

Haha wow this is good to hear. Just curious why isnt anyone parking at MSCP?

I've recently been looking at some listings of Penrose (especially the 2bedders) and thought they were quite attractive(?) considering that it's in RCR and wondering why this is so

- No mall
- expressway facing
- near geylang

Other than that I don't see much negatives.

Yeah haha I do recall watching that video, but forgot that he ranked it that highly. I need to go rewatch that and see what he says about those facing PIE

Yah true, honestly that's the only negatives I feel. Thankfully it makes up for it by having a hawker nearby for food, and a 10-15mins walk to the nearest supermarket.
I think being near Geylang can be good or bad for certain ppl. Good for those that like to go there to get the food haha.

The facilities are kinda so so though I guess, and Im not sure what ppl thinking about the MSCP

Because launch price is lower than suo. Even now it’s around e same.

Wow didnt know about this, damn.. Actually i havent been following much about these 2 until recently, but i wonder how has SUO been? Is it considered a good performer project?
