For Penrose, he has to walk till the middle of the mrt station. But Antares he only walked to the entrance. This will tell us his agenda.

But 9 min is certainly very very far. Just look at the distance.

4 mins is surely impossible but his 9 mins does seem long too. I personally took a walk myself from mrt to Penrose site ~7 mins, and largely unsheltered.

4 mins perhaps only reaches the traffic junction.
