1 bedroom compact to 2 bedroom with study:
Avg 1750-1800 psf

3 bedroom compact to 4 bedroom:
Avg 1650 psf

i am guessing some people inside PN have some inkling on where the final prices are (i.e. some modicum of inside info)

So high at 17-1800psf? Majority of online ads I see state average psf of 16xxpsf.

maybe while most people give bait prices, PN on the contrary would rather inflate the prices so that it seems like the final prices are a bargain?

anyway i'm gonna be flamed for this i think but somehow i think dev tends to give propnex more heads-up because they are so aggressive and help to push so much of sales

i literally spoke to CDL on the phone and they can confirm they have given zero guidance on prices to any of the agencies.

lady was even joking and sarcastic that "nowadays agencies so smart, no need developer to price the project'

so all prices are just bait prices at worst or educated guesses at best.
