I think 1750psf's the avg, which is reasonable (when factoring in top floors)

Eg kopar's avg is 2350psf, but most of the units that got snatched up are 22xx and below. Higher floors no movement at all except for one PH

If avg at 1750psf still can move, I will applaud CDL for their marketing. Hehe.

Then again, there’s no reason y Antares can’t move when price similarly with penrose at avg 17xxpsf based on logic.
Both location to me sama sama.

239 out of 680, 35.1%

WLR are moving despite **.
May-7 June > 12 units sold. $17xx-18xxpsf

Compare it with another integrated project,SKG.
May-7 June > 3 units sold and all are 1 bedders. $17xx-18xxpsf

May average PSF $16xx

My exact sentiment.
Why buy a expressway and industrial location where u are paying almost similar (or top up a little) and u can get an integrated dev with mrt at doorstep at RCR. Lol

My guess is - starting from low 15xx, avg at 17xx psf. Lower floors at 15/16xx sold, then everyone play the waiting game

Yup agreed as well, with majority being 3 bedders it should lower the avg psf of the development

My guess is 15xxpsf for the low floor three and four bedder and 16xxpsf up for smaller units, up to 18xxpsf for higher floor unit. PE smaller units on high floor transacted 19xxpsf.

PE is more vibrant than the other 2.

But if PE above 18xxpsf not worth it already. Look elsewhere.

Yeap 329 sold on first day at $1680psf average.
